may peace on you !guys i am new to MySQL query. i am developing a student information management system and the way on to which i am stuck is i wanted to add fine on student fee if the remaining is not zero of previous month and next month arrives.the problem i am facing that.i had made a logic but i want to know is there a way that on every new day a fine id added to the fee form automatically if fee is not paid no need to go to the form and run the page.Is there a way with which i can do this adding fine to fee on every new day..help me

you cannot add a fine on a daily basis unless you have some code to trigger it everyday... just use datediff function on the form the multiply it on the amount of fee per day
