what is the best DB to host the cloud? Give me some idea?

"The best database" depends on many factors such as

  1. your level of expertise
  2. the amount of the data to be managed
  3. the type of data to be managed
  4. the number of concurrent users
  5. the OS hosting the database

and "to host the cloud" is so vague as to be essentially meaningless.
