Android Google Play Services for installing Google Maps Android API

Hello Friends,

I am new to DANIWEB.
I am from chennai,India.
I am trying an android app(UI is over, this technical part alone is kinda complex because i am just starting my android app development) to fetch the place names i provide in textbox and show the distance between them in an external google map application and retrieve the distance it shows. For this development, i need google maps android API to be installed in my SDK, for it, i need to first update the google play services update in android SDK manager, but even after updating my SDK Manager to new updated version, i couldnt find google play services option in SDK MANAGER.
Kindly help me resolve it...

google play services are at the bottom after all api levels as you can see here https://cdn.tutsplus.com/mobile/uploads/2014/02/android-play-services-sdk-manager.png

From command line you can execute

android sdk list -a

For windows you may have to go with android.bat it is ages since I did Android setup on Windows machine

to get list of all available updates. I get something like this
