Hey all,

I am starting to work on a portprogramming project. I am not really sure where to go.
I am trying simply blink an LED when it is hooked up to the serial port. Can someone give me a start on where to go. I have read several internet sources and still am not sure. I have some c++ experience but my book doesn't cover this one.

All help is appreciated!!
