Look into the commands with in System.Data.OleDb

System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbDataAdapter
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbDataReader

These will allow you to access MS Access MDB and Accdb database files
