Hello,

So I was thinking of creating a PCB designing program and was wondering if anyone was familiar with the Gerber and NC file format. Anyone have any advise about how to go from a design made in Java to a Gerber File? Is it done on a pixel by pixel bases or is it done by chunks of code representing vectors. What's the easiest way to go about it?
