I have 2 links http://effbot.org/tkinterbook/ and http://www.astro.washington.edu/owen/TkinterSummary.html, however if you're a new to gui programming in python, you should consider starting with wx python rather than tkinter, mastering a gui toolkit is a lot of work, so the initial choice is important.
