How can I load in listview-help

Hello seniors,
I want to load data in listview on selecting the item in listbox.The data is available in data folder in different text form.I am trying to load but there is a msg"file already open". what i am doing wrong?
Secondly I also want to add timer function so that after loading ist item in listbox it can go to second item and so on ... till all the files are loaded in listview one by one.
Can any one help me.
I am enclosing the demo project in vb>
