Get Charset from HTML site

Hi all,

i want to get charset from HTML site but do not know how. I am searching in google and trying but no solution that works yet.

I need to reed this: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

.. so utf-8.

Any idea?
