hi..
can u pls help me in setting header and footer for an existing document on a command buton click in VB6?

im able to add header and footer for a new document on a command click event.. if i give the existing document name its getting overwritten and only the header and footer appears.

how to avoid this overwriting...? the footer must contain the page number centrally aligned. i want the page number to be in the format "Page x of y"
