Hi..!
In My application I need to retrieve/Read data from USB port. Is it possible to Read data from USB cable? or is it possible with COM port?
Please Help me if any one of you have knowledge about this.

It is very similar to a COM port I believe. You may try to see how to read the data of a COM port here and try to manipulate it enough for it to work for a USB port.
