Hello all.
I belive that remotting in Visual Basic is very hard! I've tryed sockets and winsock, and all the winsock things I have tryed didn't end up working.
1. Microsoft Winsock - Can't send data.
2. Ostrosoft Winsock - Can't send data. And SOMETIMES decides to work when connection to it theough LocalHost.
3. Other weird winsock - When I put it into my form Visual Basic comes up with errors in the code (and idk how to fix them).
4. Sockets - Can't work out how to convert textbox.text to a long (For IP endpoint) + the example I downloaded crashed when I ran it.
Its NOT my firewall.
Can anyone give me a diffrent winsock?
Or a sockets remotting tutorial that works?
