Just a simple question, I'm just wondering if it is possible to wake a computer from hibernation with code. I've been thinking about trying to create an application that runs on a computer. It only activates at certain time intervals. The rest of the time, i'd like the computer to use as little power as possible.

I would really like to be able to shut the computer down and have it turn itself back on at certain times but that even seems more impossible.

Either way, i thought i'd ask because technology these days can do the unthinkable and it is better to ask then assume wrong.
