Gentlemen,
I have found a very nice tooltip control on the following link

I tried to convert it to vb.net , and the solution works , but with some error . I beleive it is related to the namespace issue. Please check attached file for the C# source code and the vb.net source code.

I appreciate your support to define why I am getting these error , and how to solve (guidelines).
