Is it a serial device, USB device, other?
Did you find no info in the documentation that came with it?

Yes, this is a USB serial device and I look on the other topics here about pen and touch but this one is different.. This one is a Wacom Bamboo pen and touch to be used as a device to record Signature on my ID System.
