I want to EnumProcess , Then HANDLE with exactly process to read the memory of it

any help?

Please clarify. This description is not helpful, to me at least. Are you trying to understand enums (enumerated data types)? What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

i want to oppen the process (Skype.exe For example) without using FindWindow func. then oppen it with PROCESS_ALL_ACCESS
