We are purely a non-profit organization and do not require a lot of time. We only need to fix some bugs and maintain the software occasionally. The daily investment time does not exceed two hours. If it is on a per-day basis, we are sorry but we cannot provide any fees as this is a non-profit project.

Being a non-profit does not preclude you from paying for development services. Would I be correct in saying that you are looking for a professional developer to gift you 2 hours of their time a day for zero payment? Or perhaps you mean you couldn't commit to offering full day contracts, rather just 2 hours a day? If so that's completely reasonable too and could very well suit some people. What would you be willing to pay someone for those 2 hours?

Perhaps there was a mistake in my translation. You don't need to be an expert. No matter which programming language you know, since this is a non-profit project, we can't make a profit from it. It's purely for the benefit of gamers. If we have to pay such a high fee for this, we really can't afford it. Also, it's not a fixed two hours every day. You just need to spend a little time in your spare time. Most of the time is free, and you can focus on your own things.
