I’m planning a handyman marketplace app similar to Uber, where customers can find and book nearby verified handymen for services such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and repairs.

The app will include location-based handyman matching, service requests, scheduling, real-time status updates, payments, ratings/reviews, and notifications.

I’d like advice on the best backend architecture and database design for handling job matching, real-time location tracking, payments, and multiple handymen responding to the same request.

  2. As to the app, stack and more, you build according to your skills. If you don't know how to do a thing you learn the thing.

The weird thing is that I am finding folk think they can make a Uber size app all on their own. Maybe, but how to pay the bills while you spend a year or two on the app and how to fund the backend and now, how to pay for the TOKENS?
