Has anyone ever had a form freeze up in vb 5.0? When I run by program the form is displayed in the smaller size and the 3 buttons at the top of the screen (the minus sign, the box and the X) are not functional.

difficult to say without actually seeing the problem. Does the form have any code in the form_load section ? if yes, could u post it here ?

The enable property was set to false and once I changed that the problem went away.
