My mouse won't let me scroll through pages of my code in VB6. It works with other apps like MS Word or Explorer

Yep that is right for some unknown reason this functionality is not available.
Go to http://www.joebott.com/vb6scrollwheel.htm and download the latest version and run and you will be able to scroll through.
I use this in my VB6 projects and is a god send.
N.B. when you restart your machine you need to run the app again.
