Hi,
I have a problem while opening a VB application. The error message is
The instruction at "0x00409719" referenced memory ay "0x7c80be31". The memory could not be "written".
I have tried debugging this error, rebooting the system and also re-installing VB. But the problem persists.
Please help!!

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried running the application in another system and it doesnt seem to work either. It gives a different error though. The error is
Visual Basic has encountered a problem and need to close.
I havent the slightest idea what might have gone wrong. I did try opening the VB application in different ways.
Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

One reason for not opening may be the lack of required resources such as some Active X Controls or DLLs. Or may have conflicting version of resources. Can u upload the application or the code, so that I could see for the problem.
