can we sent a mail which will be auto deleted from the receivers a/c after particular time period?
Just for example a company searching for an employee of particular criteria is sent a mail to a candidate. If till 30 days he not replayed. then the company need not receive the mail from him. so can we delete that mail?
Is anyone knows about this?

No, you cannot. However, you can supply a special unique code for that email. If you do not receive an email back with that unique code within the days, you can have an email auto respond back saying that the code/offer has expired for that user.
Other than that, privacy and security issues greatly disallow these types of methods.
