hi,
i am using visual web developer 2005 express. i am trying to locate the web.config in the solution explorer, but it is not there and i don't know any other alternative way to know where it is located. please help.

Run your application it will popup a message Click ADD.
If popup not pop then google asp.net debugging.

I think you need to build your website and then only it will display the web.config file.

After you build a website web.config will be automatically displayed.
