i am working with PHP
i just want to know what is the framework like ZEND or CakePhp
Is it Useful or i still devlop from scratch
and i need to know which framework is the best & i need any vedio tutorial for it

It really depends on what you are developing. If your project doesn't require extensive programming then the Zend framework isn't really worth it.
Although if your project is very extensive and will grow with time the Zend framework would come in very usefull.
