Create feedback form in JAVA

i want to create a feedback form for my website . as i m using free host it doesnt allow PHP so i want to create it using JAVA. please help me create a feedback form which when submitted automatically send an email to my ID. if it is possible then please reply

If you are using free-host you are most unlikely be able to run Java. Are you sure it was Java you want to use or was it JavaScript?
