I want to open a Ajax Modal popup when a linkbutton is clicked which is in gridview.
please help me.

visit the above links, you may get a good information and solve your problem.. you can do this either by Javascript or from the server side code. just make sure that you must need to handle RataDataBound event of your gridview.
