how to remove errors on error.aspx.vb and webconfig file

I made this page and keep on getting error on the same page and webconfig file.....

Errors

Error 1 'Culture' is not a member of 'ASP.emergency_plan_error_aspx'.
Error 2 'UICulture' is not a member of 'ASP.emergency_plan_error_aspx'.
Error 3 'InitializeCulture'is not a member of 'ASP.emergency_plan_error_aspx'.
Error 4 'CreateResourceBasedLiteralControl'is nt a member of'ASP.emergency_plan_error_aspx'.

1) What's this "emergency_plan_error_aspx" ? is it your web page name ?
2) Also <%@Page%> directive page name in CodeBehind(Error.aspx.vb) and Inherits(_Error) are different.
3) in Inherits i believe you need to give full name of path with your namespace. (i.e. yournamespace.webpagename)
4) Frankly speking I haven't seen meta:resourcekey attribute/properties in Page directive. Is there any special requirement for this ?

How code behind (Error.aspx.vb) is different than your page name (emergency_plan_error) ?
I think your CodeBehind should be (emergency_plan_error.aspx.vb) and Inherits (yournamespace.emergency_plan_error)..

Then first clean the whole solution then build the application and then run the application.
