How to make one php file that will make a picture with some text, numbers...?
How to make it if user doesn't have font that is used in this picture?
How to make it with different, that one letter be largest that the second (see the picture, attached)?

Im not exactly sure what you want but I think you will need to use the PHP GD Library. If you don't know what this is then you should check out the following links.
