i wanna develop a web application using jsp and html .i know the process of developing but i thought that let i listen some suggestions of urs also

Hardly an explanation of what sort of suggestions you are expecting.Nevertheless, lets start with that you should learn Hibernate, you should be able to you Log4j or similar to monitor and record any errors on your application runtime and you should choose some web framework since Java web development is not any more about JSP...
