Hi Frends,

I have four fields, employeename, salary , dob, doj,

I had given validations for all of these fields, But now I had to find the difference of Dob and Doj and it should be displayed in years, means if the difference is 5 or 10 yrs a popup box should be displayed saying that difference should be 25 years.I given the onblur on submit button but i could not able to find out any result. Please help me out for this..
