I'm 20 and still a bit fresh out of high school. I have basic html knowledge and basic knowledge of macromedia dreamweaver. I've heard of PHP and am curious about it. Is it better than HTML? If so I would like to know where I can start learning basic PHP knowledge. Or if it is combined with HTML then same answer, I need the basics.
