My question is how hard and how much time do you think it take to make a site that integrates Drupal CMS, Vbulletin, drupal question and answers (similar to yahoo answers) and an open and freely editable online encylopedia (like wikipedia), a live chat function and lastly with a user login that is integrates everything else mentioned above.
