How to find the javascript is enabled in the browser or not?

You could create a cookie using Javascript and let PHP check if it is there. The only pitfall is when cookies have been disabled. There is no sure way to do this.

or you can also use javascript code in your application and sidewise use <noscript> tag...
If script is not enabled then that tag will be implemented...
