Hallo good people,
am looking for a nice code that i can wright or someone to guide me through to create notifications within my site. On top of the notifications to be displayed within my site when an event occurs within the db and therefore i would need the necessary additions or changes i have to make in my DB.
The facebook or tweeter notifications would be perfect without note the comet is an option in my case.
Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanx in advance

Do you maybe mean when something changes in the database the user should be notified by email? Like if someone answered his post?
