how to disable page refresh and back operation in a webpage? or in a php page?

what do you need disable? hijack an user's browser you mean?
Don't do that or you'll have a mob on your hands.

Better to sort out your code, with browser-friendly ajax if that's your problem.

Sounds as though it may be a form problem - if so, send form data to a DIFFERENT page, not itself.
