How to convert psd to html any software???? or any procedure to create it if software how to get full version of it?

Are you referring to the image format psd or something else because it is impossible to convert an image to html unless you are talking about the <img> tag.
Please advice.

For PSD To HTML Conversion you just need to follow three simple steps to got successful results.
1) First of all mark specific layers with tags according to your documents.
2) After that combine or group layers logically.
3) Combine all layers into one or convert these layer into single oblect.

There are some psd to html conmnversion softwares, but you never get a quality output with it.
I suggest to contact an html developer to do the same or a company like psddesigntohtml.com
