Is there a way to expand and collapse included PHP content?

Any code examples pls.

Check out javascript hide/unhide toggles. This is a pretty standard technique by now.

Whether you actually put the content into the page in the first place will be down to php (or html if static text), but interactively displaying it or not will be down to css/js.
