Hello,
I have a site built with Wordpress and I want to create a form but I'm facing some troubles now.
I want to have a form which can get the title of the post where I put the form, and more than one form fields on the same line (row).
I have been searching a plugin in Wordpress but it seems that none can do that for me.
Can anyone here help me with this please?
I don't know where to ask now so I hope that you can give me some ideas!

Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms are both good WP Form plugins. And getting more than one row on a single line can be accomplished with CSS if the plugin does not support that feature.

I knew these plugins before but didn't try until your suggestion! So I have just tried Gravity form and it was excellent! It did what I wanted and also connect with Mailchimp which is good for newsletters! It worth the money!
