I have knowledge of php,javascript,html,& mysql for creating websites.
I want to create a mobile website.
Need suggestions.

Is it to be dedicated purely mobile, like a .mobi site, or will you be looking to enable the same address/page on many different displays, e.g. smartphone, iPad, PC monitor?
If the latter, you may find 'mobile first responsive design', 'grid systems', jquery mobile useful.
Not much to do with php/mysql though, but you may wish to streamline/reduce your server calls when designing for mob. Mostly you'll be getting stuck into CSS and some related js, I would imagine.

what about hosting & domain.
Is it same as in simple website.
