Hi guys. I want to start my website for the business purpose. I have an average knowledge of ASP.NET with C# Now I want to create a website like zbigz.com which can be able to generate the direct links for the files combined in a .torrent file. But I have no idea how to do it or How it can be done.
Any suggestion or HELP would be appreciated.

No you get it wrong. I have no Idea how to create such web aplication. I only want to know the proper steps and skills required in developing such thing. Links to the related tutorials if possible. I only want someone to show me the path I can walk on it by myself.
