Just type in html php css websites in the search box up top near SEARCH and you will find some php scripts that deals with websites. For the past few years, I always used the search box to look for small codes related either mysql or php or css. You can't find a whole script but you can see a lot of ideas on how other people come up with their website design.

Try visiting http://w3schools.com/ and http://www.tizag.com/. They have good tutorials out there. Google is always an option.
