I want to make a site that the user upload an image. For now i do not upload images that are more than a size. But i want change it. When the image is bigger than 1 MB i want to resize it to 1 MB or to the size that you believe that is good for a site.

You have to post your code. There's no way anyone can answer that question without a code to look at to see what issue you are having
