think you need to give more information or screenshot.

go to your dashboard
goto settings->read
select the page you want to be you startpage

Want to set multiple templates as homepage. or else when user click on the template then it set for the website .

so you want to add skins (diverent look for each reader) to wordpress?
or are you talking about themes (admin set this trough the dashboard)?
