Paypal money transfer

In my project the client pay money to admin using paypal system . sometimes Admin need to return back some amount to the user .now my client ask us to done it systamatically .is it possible ? please advise on this

Using this we can able to pay one time . I need to pay multiple time means not like refund .Admin need to transfer amount to the user if he did not paid any amount to admin. My actual need is to pay amount from admin account o client account....
