Everytime when a pdf is downloaded from our website, there is a textfield with a registration number that must be unique. Is that possible so that when the pdf link will be opened
before the file is downloaded that the id from a database is ID+1 or something.
Sure. Look at tools like https://www.pdflabs.com/docs/pdftk-cli-examples/ where it has a command line to set the password as you wish. Then offer that file for download.
