Why? You have a web company by your own name and you don't know this or how to research?

Asked a week ago. See my response. Problem remains. This should anwer your question. Job one is to fix this very obvious problem. There is no trick and no shortcut. Answer the question "Why would someone hire you?". Your website should reflect that reason.
