I'd recommend to stop messing around and bring it to a specialized recovery shop, as rproffitt already mentioned. The more you tamper with it, the more chance you'll lose your data.

You cannot safely use a form to post directly to AirTM. Post to your own PHP script, which can then use curl to make the request, including headers.

No, it's not required to have it, but in most cases getting hired is much easier if you have it. HR needs to have some kind of proof that you can do the things you say you can do, whether that's legit or not. (At least in my experience.)
