What is mean by addiction and what addiction is good? Let's discuss the different types of addiction

Addiction is never good for anyone and I think you must have heard "Excess of everything is bad" addiction refers to the condition where you can't live without any particular thing or person..... If you like anything keep the limits so that thing never ruin your life :)

By the way I think according to Minor acts you are not supposed to ask about point number 3 in poll

I was always heavly addicted to tobacco until I quit about 10 years ago. Quality of life has greatly improved since then.

Sex addiction seems to be more of a problem for our male Senators or Evangelists. :)

Sex addiction. It's just a show-off thing or an excuse when Senators or Evangelists get caught with their pants down. I like sex, same as everyone else, but as for addiction. Pah.

Depends what are you doing. If you stay up late to play games, you are a game addict

not necessarily. Maybe if you did it all day, every day, from early to late and never do anything else.
But then still, it doesn't make you an addict.

An addict is dependent on something, and will typically have physical problems when that something is taken away.
I've yet to find someone who gets physically ill when he's prevented from playing a game.

Basically, no addiction is healthy. Addiction refers to the excess of doing something and usually will cause harm towards the person and people around him. So, don't get addicted to anything. >.< Enjoy but don't get addicted.
