Digital currency is simply the digital form of Fiat Currency, backed by the national regulating authority, and could be converted to a physical form anytime. Regardless of the current form, the value of this currency remains unaffected.

On the other hand, Crypto Currency is only available in digital form and is not backed by any central figure. Technically, crypto is a piece of code managed through a blockchain and cannot be utilized anywhere outside the blockchain. Therefore, converting these currencies into a physical form is impossible, unlike digital currency.
