Green adds points to reputation.
Red subtracts.
Grey, no change to rep points. It's because the person that gives rep doesn't have enough posts that actually affect someone's rep.

No one gets rep points good or bad here in Community Center Forum. Only get the colored dot on the post; does not affect overall rep points.
